nice.ninja currently keeps its privacy approach simple. This page explains the basic information the app may process to run core features.
If the app starts collecting more data later, this policy should be updated before those features go live.
Information you provide
If you create an account, the app may process details such as your username, email address, country selection, and account sign-in method.
If you use Google sign-in, the app may receive the profile details needed to authenticate you and complete your account setup.
If you upload a profile picture, the image is stored using a third-party cloud storage provider (currently Vercel Blob). Uploaded images are publicly accessible via URL and are linked to your account. Only JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats are accepted, with a maximum file size of 2 MB.
Gameplay and account data
The app may store gameplay progress, puzzle favorites, ratings, match history, and related account state so core features can work.
How information is used
Information is used to create and maintain your account, provide gameplay features, keep track of progress, and support competitive play.
This basic policy does not assume ads, payments, or broad marketing use.
Sharing
This app does not currently describe any broad sale of personal information in this basic policy.
Information may still be processed by service providers that help run the app, such as hosting, authentication, or infrastructure tools.
Image storage and deletion
Uploaded profile pictures are stored on third-party cloud infrastructure for as long as they are associated with your account.
When you replace or delete your avatar, or delete your account, the previously stored image is removed from cloud storage.
Because avatar URLs are public, images may be cached by browsers or external services before deletion.
Data retention and updates
Account and gameplay information may be kept for as long as needed to operate the current service unless the policy is updated later.
If data practices change, this page should be revised before those changes are launched.
